Please kindly review all policies before booking an appointment.
Patch test is MANDATORY for all Boujee Brows services that required to do so.
Booking fee:
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Full payment required prior to services.
Booking fee is not refundable & non-transferable per cancelation policy.
To guarantee availability, please book your appointment in advance.
Late Arrival:
Please be on time. I understand the unexpected and if you contact me as soon as possible, I will do everything I can to reschedule, however keep in mind I will not purposely delay the next appointment. Appointments will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes, booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be paid when booking a new appointment.
No Show:
Will result in a 100% charge of the full service this needs to be paid before re-booking.
After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless the service it is paid in full at time of booking. *Absolutely no refunds
Cancelation:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in loss of your non-refundable booking fee.
COVID-19 - All last minute cancellations due to illness will be waived but be aware that you will be put on a 14 day quarantine. Otherwise, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours in advance.
Visitors:
COVID-19 does not allow any guest to appointments.
Confirmation/Reminders:
After every booking you will receive confirmation email with all the payment information followed with instructions to prepare for your appointment. I do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number and other contact information on file. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us serve you better by proving enough notice to avoid cancelation fees.

After Hours | Weekend Appointments:
This only applies to any of the Boujee brow + fluffy services. A surcharge will be applied if you need to book after hours or weekend. Message me for availability.
Payment method:
Payments can be made via, Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Zelle or other pre-agreed upon method.
Any fees charged by 3rd parties are paid by costumer.
